We design this website to collect as little visitor information as practical. Reading public content does not require an account.

Information we process

Our hosting and security systems may process short-lived technical request data needed to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. We do not permanently store raw visitor IP addresses unless specifically approved for a documented security need.

Analytics and tracking

When privacy-preserving analytics are enabled, we collect page and content views, document downloads, internal search terms, reading-depth milestones, coarse device class, referrer category, and an approximate country code only when supplied by a trusted hosting provider. We never retain full referrer URLs or full user-agent strings.

For approximate visitor counts, the server creates a keyed hash from the network address and date. The raw address is discarded, the hash rotates daily, and search terms are not linked to visitor identifiers.

Analytics use no dedicated cookie and do not fingerprint visitors. We do not use advertising trackers, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or cross-site behavioral or political profiles.

Documents and external links

Downloading a document increments an aggregate download counter. Public pages may link to external websites whose privacy practices are outside our control.

Your choices

You may browse without creating a public account. Avoid sending sensitive personal information through channels that are not explicitly identified as secure.

Email newsletter

If you choose to subscribe, we store your email address, confirmation and subscription status, relevant timestamps, and campaign delivery status. Your address is encrypted at rest and a keyed one-way hash is used to prevent duplicate subscriptions. Subscription requires email confirmation, and every campaign includes an unsubscribe link. An authorized email delivery provider processes messages on our behalf.
